Sodium Citrate Dihydrate is used as anticonagulant, chemical reagent, food additive, developer, buffer emulsifying agent and used in nonhydrogen electroplation as well as widely in tailgas absorption process of sulfur dioxde for chemical and metallurgy industries.
In food industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, nutrient additive, emulsifier, flavor for yogurt.
